I will start with makeup beause obviousloy you want it more.

The fastest way to get that makeup is by shoing that picture to a makeup artist. I would do that if I want it done fast.

If you want to do it yourself, than first even out your skin tone with foundation and concieler. Than take a white sheer eye shadow and apply it to the brow bone. Then put black eyeliner right in your lower lash line. do the same with your upper lash line. take a little black eye shadow ( to make it easier use the eyeshadow stylist by maybeline in black, the one that Adriana Lima models.) Apply it on your inner corner of the eye and brush it all the way until you have just a littleout side of your eye. And with your finger tip pull it out just alittle bit. Fill it in with the shadow.

For the lips add just alittle soft burgandyish lipgloss.

For the cheeks add a blush that is like a brownish pink color. Smile and apply the blush your cheeks come out.

Tip ; If you put to much blush THAN TAKE A NAPKIN AND GENTLY BRUSH IT OFF.

For the hair...

part your hair with a comb from one ear to the other. than part sections and twist it and then take a rubber band and twist it on, so it can hold the twist in place. Than take the rest of your hair remaining from the twisty and twist it again and turn it into a bun. than hold it with a rubber band. do that for the rest of the in that section. With the rest of the hair curl it with a iron. To make it much easier on you ,sho that picture to a hair stylist.

Tip. Put gel before you make the twisties. And put heat protection for the curlls with those tressemme sprays.

for your hair i would suggest going to a salon and getting cornrows, then have the ends curled. then for make-up i would use lots of greys and blacks start with some black liner and then layer greys and blacks on your lid and make a shadow liner line underneath your bottom lashes. light mascara.

For the makeup, create a smoky eye with a thin line of eyeliner (not all the way around the eye though) and use a dark brown/black eyeshadow if you're dark skinned, and a lighter brown, but still dark if you're lighter skinned. Cover any redness, blemishes and undereye circles with a matching coverup, making sure you have a perfect match. Then add a blush that matches your natural blush (pinch your cheeks to see the shade) along your cheekbones. Then slick on a clear or slightly pink gloss onto your lips and you're done! I don't know about the hair, though.

Just do a halfway cornrose on your hair and then curl the remaining hair.... and then use coverup... a bronzer on the cheeks... apply black eyeliner on the bottom and upper lids.... then apply a redish lipgloss... and then apply some brown/black eyeshadow to give urself a smokey eye-effect....
